Two plans. Per room, not per property.
A 50-key resort and a 5-key inn do not pay the same bill. Each plan is a per-room rate with a 15-room minimum. The first 3 short-term listings on a hotel plan are included. Pick the rate tool, or run the whole hotel from one place.
YieldWizard is invite-only. These are the published rates. Billing has not started, so a new account is not charged today.
