Beta Terms of Service

YieldWizard ("we") is currently an invite-only beta. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

YieldWizard reads data from your property-management system (PMS) using an API key you provide, presents analytics and recommendations, and, where you enable or approve it, applies rate and minimum-stay changes to your PMS on your behalf. Recommendations are decision support, not advice: you are responsible for every change you make in your PMS or approve for the service to make.

Your API key

Provide an API key with read access to reservations, room types, and rates, and, if you want approved changes applied for you, write access to rates and availability. Your key is encrypted at rest; the service never writes to your PMS except changes you enable or approve, and every write is verified and logged. You can revoke the key in your PMS at any time, which immediately cuts our access.

Aggregated data

We may create and use de-identified, aggregated data derived from your use of the service (for example, occupancy pacing, channel mix, and rate-change patterns across properties) to operate and improve the service. Aggregated data never includes guest personal information (we do not store any) and is never presented to any other customer in a form that identifies you or your property.

Beta reality

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Numbers can be wrong, features can change, and downtime can happen. Don't make irreversible business decisions on a beta tool without checking your PMS directly. During the beta the service is free; we will give clear notice before anything is charged.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us; we deactivate the account and delete your stored PMS credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
